How it works
Session One — Reset Call (40 minutes)
This is where the recalibration happens.
Context, patterns, and decision mapping
What is closing, what must not be carried forward
Identification of the core shift required
A Written Reset Recap
After this session, you receive a short written Reset Recap with one clear directive.
Session Two — Integration Call (20 minutes)
Scheduled 48 hours minimum after delivery of the Reset Recap.
Clarification only
Directional confirmation
No expansion, no ongoing discussion
After this call, the service is complete.

POLICIES (Read Carefully)
Payment
All sessions are prepaid in full.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will result in 25% of the prepaid amount being retained.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Rescheduling less than 24 hours before the session will result in 10% of the prepaid amount being retained.
A maximum of three reschedules is allowed per booking.
No-Shows
No-shows are treated as late cancellations.
